Mother Nature: Hey, Central Asia.
C. Asia: Yes?
Mother Nature: You know what'd be cool?
C. Asia: What?
Mother Nature: If we created this cat, with round pupils, right? A small flat face... and make it extremely fluffy—like ungodly amounts of fluff... And make them honk like those geese, chirp and bark... and make their ears low to their head, and give them a resting grump face!
C. Asia: Sounds cute! I bet the humans will love—
Mother Nature: Oh yeah, make their immune system super weak, and make them territorial, rare, make them unable to tame, and make them super shy and somewhat hateful of humans.
C. Asia: ... Wow, cruel much?
Mother Nature: Make it so humans will love them, but they will never reciprocate!
